1. Acceptance of Terms

9. Intellectual Property Rights

If your account is closed at your request or for reasons other than Terms violations, jl62 will return your remaining balance after deducting any applicable fees or charges, subject to verification requirements.

Inactive accounts (no login activity for 12 consecutive months with a balance of ₱100 or less) may be subject to an administrative fee of ₱50 per month until the balance reaches zero. We will notify you via registered email before imposing such fees.

13. Amendments to Terms
